22.1

Establishment of committees

The Board may establish one or more advisory committees consisting of such Members and/or other persons (at least one of whom must be a member of the Board) as the Board thinks fit.  Any committee so formed:

22.1.1

acts in an advisory capacity;

22.1.2

must report to the Board in the manner directed by the Board; and

22.1.3

must conform to any By-Laws that may from time to time be made or given by the Board in relation to such committee.

22.2

Regulation of committees

Subject to the provisions of the Rules and any applicable By-Laws, every committee may meet and adjourn as it thinks proper.  Questions arising at any meeting must be determined by a majority of votes of the committee members present, and in the case of an equality of votes the chairperson has a second or casting vote.
