The rights of Members are not transferable, and end when the Member ceases to be a Member in accordance with Rules 10 and 11.

Save as set out in the Rules, the rights and benefits, duties and obligations, and status of Members, within the various classes of Membership which may exist from time to time will be defined by the By-Laws.
