1. This information is on the Timesheets and can be entered once payroll is complete.
2. To open the file for entry, go to
•Y Drive (only accessible on Finance Dept computers)
•Open Annual Leave Calculations
3. Enter the hours and leave, making sure it is in the right column for the relevant staff on each tab. If necessary check which cost centre the leave has been allocated to on the payroll.
4. At the end of the financial year, simply copy and paste set figures and calculations from end of current year to begin the next financial year.
Monthly Leave Report
1. This information is combined with a Payroll Annual Leave Accrued Report and the Annual Leave Calculation.
2. To open the file for entry, go to
•Y Drive
•Open Annual Leave Monthly
3. Open the Annual Leave Calculation on one screen, Annual Leave Monthly on the other.
4. Fill in the hours for those staff listed on the “month.1”. Either from the accrued report or Annual Leave Calculations. Checking the Annual Leave Calculation with the report as you go.
5. Once “month.1” is complete, you need to transfer and fill in totals for “month.2”
