When a Board Director is departing the Board and CEO will communicate regarding the ways the Director is farewelled and thanked.
Exiting Board Directors are requested to complete the Exit Interview Questions for Directors. The responses are to then go to the Governance Committee.
Kyeema Admin and Corporate are to remove the departing Board Director from:
- Kyeema’s Board Portal
- the website
- the Australian Charities and Not for Profits Commission (ACNC)
- the NDIS Commission list of Key Personnel or mark Inactive if unable to remove
- the DFFH Funded Agency Channel if it is the Chairperson departing
The director’s resignation date is to be noted in the both the “Board Directors Listing [commencing 1968]” and the “Election of Board Directors Listing” documents
