Kyeema will conduct an Internal Audit of its Management Information System and Maintenance Management System at least once per calendar year.

It is intended that the audit be conducted in July each year and this date is recorded/displayed in the Internal Audit Schedule spreadsheet QAF-07

The audit will be conducted on a prepared checklist that will incorporate all elements of both MIS and MMS. Any non-compliances will be recorded on the Internal Audit Action Plan QAF-09. This report will also show details of how and when the Non-Compliance was cleared.
Kyeema is responsible for maintaining the Risk Register and also for ensuring that an Internal Audit is conducted annually and the identified finds are addressed.
