Safety information will be communicated to Kyeema bus safety workers in a way to ensure that bus safety workers are kept aware of any issues or altered requirements that may influence the way they perform their safety duties.
To ensure the timely and effective communication of safety related information Kyeema:
• Brief staff via email
• Place a note at the keys cupboard for viewing by staff
• Holds meetings as required with bus safety workers to provide updated safety information
• Ensures that controlled copies of the MIS and MMS are readily accessible to persons acting for or on behalf of Kyeema via the Kyeema QMS
• Relevant training modules will be included in Sentrient
Bus safety workers are also encouraged to report any issues that they encounter during the course of their shift where they believe there could be a threat to driver or passenger safety.
