The servicing and scheduled maintenance of buses operated by Kyeema Support Services will be based on the manufacturer’s specification and/or any other reference material deemed appropriate by Kyeema for the age, make and model of the buses.
Kyeema keeps track of the service intervals and types of service by using the servicing label affixed to the windscreen by the maintenance service provider.
The servicing and scheduled maintenance will be carried out by qualified personnel.
Pre-trip inspections or vehicle cleaning may identify defects or maintenance needs. Use the below forms.
Defects discovered during servicing and scheduled maintenance will be reported and cleared by completing the relevant defect and clearance report form/spreadsheet.
•BSF-04 Bus Daily Pre-Trip Check Form
•ADF-02 Motor Vehicle Inspection Checklist (completed when bus is cleaned)
•Vehicle Maintenance and Defect Register Saved under K:\Admin\Vehicles\Vehicle Maintenance & Defect Register\
Check that the current mechanic used by Kyeema has completed the:
