All machines in the “Woodbox” that are fitted with Emergency Stop Buttons, must be tested no less than every (3) three months.

 

Regular users and instructors within the Woodbox will be notified by the Administration Officer of when these tests must be completed by.

 

These operational tests must be completed by a staff member authorised to operate the machinery.

 

The attached form must be completed and returned to the Administration Office for filing.  These forms will be reviewed by the Occupational Health & Safety Representative and the Occupational Health & Safety Sub Committee if needed.
