Position: Finance Analyst

Award and Condition: Kyeema Enterprise Agreement

Hours: Permanent Part time: Hours by arrangement

Responsible to: Corporate Services Manager  

Location: 50 Lalor Street, Portland

Key Responsibilities

•           Build skills in the current finance system and improve its effectiveness

•           Update systems to ensure more accurate and timely financial reporting through Profit and Loss Reports

•           Provide any additional support to the Finance Manager in the completion of financial reports for the Board of Management and the Management Team

•           Provide advice and support to the Finance Manager when required

•           Complete any reasonable additional tasks as required by the Corporate Services Manager or CEO

•           Ensure all work completed meets external auditing agencies

•           Ensure all work completed adheres to Kyeema’s policies and procedures

Objective of role

Be knowledgeable regarding procedures of the finance area with the goal of providing support and advice to the Finance Department when required.

General

Kyeema Support Services endeavours to provide the best service possible for people who have a disability. To do so we must remain able to adapt to the sector’s changing needs. It is the responsibility of relevant parties, particularly the Corporate Services Manager and the Finance Analyst to monitor any significant adjustments to the above as required.
