•Financial audits are conducted in accordance with the Rules of Kyeema Support Service Inc., Association of Incorporation and the requirements of our funding bodies.
•The annual financial audit is carried out in two sections, with the procedural audit being carried out prior to the end of the financial year and the end of year audit is completed prior to the annual general meeting which is held before the 30 November.
•A financial report is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Associations Incorporation Act of Victoria and the appropriate Australian Accounting Standards.
•Financial Acquittal Reports for the Department of Social Services, or as required by their Funding and Service Agreements, are signed off by the Auditor at the time of the annual audit.
