Invoicing for Non-NDIS Participants

Finance > Accounts Receivable > Invoicing for non-NDIS Participants

Authorised by Chief Executive Officer

Issue Date: 11 February 2019

This procedure relates to participants whose funding source is not the NDIS.

Funds in Court

The procedure for invoicing Funds in Court is to send them a copy of the participant’s signed-off roster. A matching amount from a Carelink-generated invoice is used by the Finance department to create an invoice in Reckon against which payments are applied.

TAC

An invoice is generated from Carelink. The Attendant Care aspect of TAC service is then invoiced through the TAC portal.

Continuity of Support

This is a service funded by the federal Department of Health for those over 65 at the time the NDIS commenced in this region. Funds were allocated and are placed in Kyeema’s account in advance. At the end of the financial year the funds are acquitted and the department will reclaim unspent funds.

Hours of support are documented in the Carelink roster.

DHHS Child Protection or other

Invoicing methods required for services paid by other funding sources are by arrangement with the relevant body.

Hours of support are documented in the Carelink roster.
