The Management Team at Kyeema consists of:
• Chief Executive Officer
• Corporate Services Manager
• Finance Manager
• Supports Manager – all participant services apart from supported employment. A group of Support Coordinators and Team Leaders are managed by the Supports Manager with support from the CEO.
• Support Coordination Manager
• Manager Seawinds Nursery – also works directly with supported employees for most of the work hours
• Manager Windward Industries and Green Fingers Gardening – also works directly with supported employees for most of the work hours
The CEO conducts Management Team meetings on a monthly basis and these sessions are documented.
Management Team Meetings are held at the Lalor Street site. Issues of a budgetary, information and operational nature are discussed and appropriate timelines set for actions. The CEO and each Manager gives a program update during these meetings. An agenda is developed and minutes taken for each meeting; these are distributed to the Management Team by the Admin staff.
Managers report about their program area in the Annual Report. They contribute photos of their program activities for the Annual Report and for a photo Slideshow for the AGM.
