A regular (usually monthly) report is required from all Managers, with templates designed for this purpose. ADF-17 is for Corporate and Finance Managers while ADF-26 is for all operational managers.
The reports are collated by Admin for Management Team reporting, saved on K Drive and distributed with the Management Team agenda.
The same collated report document is subsequently edited as required by the CEO and attached to the Board Agenda as the CEO and Managers’ Operational Report.
