Visitors

For visitors to access Portland Aluminium the following procedure is applicable:  WI’s staff to collect site pass from administration reception. Fill in and get pass signed by a Portland Aluminium’s Manager. Deliver to Plant Protection. A visitor pass will be issued by PA’s Plant Protection staff after a Level 1 induction.

 

All visitors must be escorted to workshop and back to Admin by a Windward staff that has completed a PA Level 2 Induction.  As visitors entering an industrial site, long sleeved tops and trousers and wearing steel capped boots are mandatory e.g. sandals or sneakers are not permissible to be worn on-site. Provide visitors with safety glasses, vest with reflective stripes and a hard hat at reception.
