Windward Industries on-site OH&S issues shall be addressed as they are identified and in conjunction with OH&S inspections; Employees OH&S Workshop Inspection Form WIF-25, Workplace Inspection Checklist – SC / Windward / Woodbox / GF SF-05 and OPLs (One Page Lessons) via toolbox meetings, or immediate on the spot conversation and advice.

 

Such information needs to be recorded in day records and noted on the OH&S board, Evidence of Support Provided Form WIF-18/Carelink.

 

Information relating to OH&S issues is displayed on the OH&S pin board in the Crib Room.

 

Any direct meetings will be set out on the Agenda and Minutes Template WIF-26. The manager and OH&S officer and employee OH&S representative are responsible for setting agendas for the meeting with input from employees and contributing to general Kyeema OH&S meeting.

 

All persons not included at meeting are to review notes and indicate when in boxes at the top of recorded minutes sheet.

 

 

Portland Aluminium OH&S requirements are to be followed and will override the above.
