Kyeema have two Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes, located at 106 and 108 Palmer Street Portland.
Scope
Support Workers and the Housing Supervisor at the Palmer St houses.
Definitions
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
SIL is a NDIS funded support that provides help and/ or supervision of daily tasks to help participants to live as independently as possible, while building skills.
Procedure
Support the delivery of high quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) services in a person-centred and strengths-based way, to enable the tenants to live a fulfilling and independent life.
Forms used in the houses are located on the QMS.
Record keeping
File all electronic forms and documents in:

Complaints
Complaints are to be forward to the Housing Supervisor (Supported Independent Living)
