To access Portland Aluminium site a temporary visitor pass is required. The blue pass is available form Plant Protection Offices or Portland Aluminium Administration Reception.
The following details need to be recorded by Windward Industries staff:
•Name of Visitor and Date visited
•Reason for visit: e.g. Vendor, Guest or Tour. Tick (ü) Guest box.
•Name of Person guest wishes to visit
•Name of Department guest wishes to visit
Visitor must sign/date release section on back of pass before entering site.
All visitors are required to wear sturdy footwear, sandals are not permissible on-site, and long pants/long sleeved tops.
In addition a safety vest with reflective stripes, safety glasses and a hard hat is mandatory and must be worn on-site.
These items are supplied by PA or Windward Industries.
PLEASE NOTE:
Windward Industries staff is NOT authorized to sign approval signature column. This section MUST be signed by an authorized person at PA Administration. Enquire at PA Reception with regards who can sign pass.
