Using the Canon Copier Printer in the Administration Area
1. Use your ID to start the photocopier
2. Select Scan Documents
3. Select “Send” at the top menu
4. Select “Address Book” if a Kyeema recipient
5. Select “Email” and then press Email Address. Type in the email address and select ok.
6. Select File Format and select PDF (document or Jpeg (photo) then ok.
7. Place the document in the photocopy tray and press start.
8. This document will now be sent.
Please remember that scanned documents cannot be altered they will only be in a read only format.
