Corporate Services and Admin > National Disability Insurance Agency > Provider Portal User Access Procedure
Authorised by Chief Executive Officer
Issue Date: 12 January 2015
In order to access Kyeema’s National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) Provider Portal employees must be registered with the NDIA.
Employees who will need access to the portal will generally be fulfilling one of the following roles:
• maintaining the organisation’s registration details
• viewing information about specific participants
• lodging claims for payment and viewing payment history.
Portal access for all employees is not recommended by the NDIA because:
• it exposes participants to increased privacy risks
• it requires a larger administrative overhead for organisations
The Provider Portal has five different roles that can be assigned. (Reference www.ndis.gov.au Information for Providers – Managing use access to the Provider Portal
