This procedure/form has been developed to monitor employee/staff input on cleaning Racal helmets at Portland Aluminium Respiratory Support Centre.
1st column

Record start/finish time spent on 1st trolley, up to 12 Racal's. This trolley is expected to be ready for re-assembling by Protector Allsafe staff by no later than 09h30. This is based on a verbal agreement with Barry Ivory, Protector Allsafe manager, inline with RSC requirements.
3rd column
Record start/finish time. This trolley, up to 16 Racal's, is expected to be ready for re-assembling by no later than 10h40, based again on verbal agreement with P Allsafe manager. It is our responsibility to adhere to this agreement.
4th column
Record how many helmets were cleaned by staff. We must work side by side when necessary with employees to achieve agreed time lines.
5th column
Record daily total
6th column
Record how many helmets needed to be cleaned a second time round by employees, also, record staff input on spot cleaning
This form also functions as a reference to auditors and wage assessors
