Kyeema Support Services Inc. (Kyeema) staff are sometimes required to use their signature, such as after using vehicles, or at shops. Initials are required when staff administer medication.
As signatures and styles of initialling are very individual, a register of signatures and initials may be useful for some sites.
Any register of staff signatures and initials should be kept in a secure place.
