To access the Lalor St Computer system externally:
•Open the SOPHOS VPN app and click “Connect” – Wait for SOPHOS to connect
•Click on the Remote Desktop Connection icon on your desktop
•Enter your username and password (these are both case-sensitive)
•Click “Connect”
Please remember to disconnect from the Remote Desktop Connection correctly when finished as only a limited number of users can connect at once.
To access Carelink+, Open Carelink+ as you would on any Lalor St Computer and login with your own credentials (if the login boxes are greyed out, you will need to un-tick the “log me in using my windows account” checkbox first.
Don’t forget to log out and close anything you were using when you are done.
You can also access the Quality Management System (QMS) and your emails via the Kyeema website.
