To request Authorised Program Officer (APO) access please follow these steps – prior to this you will need to organise access to this DFFH system via an eBusiness log in (information is on our QMS under Portals).
1. Open RIDS site and choose "Enter RIDS" when presented with two options.
2. Go to "Support Functions" in the main (green) RIDS menu.
3. Go to "Request Additional Access" in the sub-menu (blue).
4. Click on the first letter of your organisation's name in the alphabetical index.
5. Select your organisation from the Agency drop-down list.
6. A number of RIDS roles will appear. Click the circle next to APO.
7. Tick the box next to one or more of the service locations you need access to at the chosen level.
8. Click on Submit in the top right hand corner of the screen.
An email will be sent automatically by the system to your RIDS Provider Authority asking them to approve your request, they can approve via to do items. You will receive an email when your request has been approved.
