PRE-OPERATION ü Ensure equipment is free of any signs of wear or damage. Check the power cord is not damaged in any way ü Operator to inspect work area to ensure that work surface is even and stable to prevent slips, trips and falls ü Ensure attachments are secure and in good condition ü Wear the appropriate PPE ü Identify on/off switch
SAFE OPERATION ü When you start up the carpet cleaner, listen for unusual noises or vibrations ü Refill cleaning products only in a well-ventilated area ü Follow instructions on cleaning products container
POST-OPERATION ü Switch off the appliance and, in case of appliances connected to the mains, pull out the power cord before cleaning and performing any maintenance tasks on the machine. Shut the device off when switching to a different function ü Remove any foreign material from in and around the nozzle ü Ensure equipment is returned to storage area after use
DON’T û Humans and animals must not be cleaned with this appliance û Never leave the cleaner unattended while it is plugged in
