      Use your id to start the photocopier (which is your employee number i.e. 76)

 

      Select “Scan and Send” at the top of the menu

 

      Select “Address Book” and then press email address.   Select your email address from the list.

 

      Select “File Format” and select PDF (document) or jpeg (photo) then ok

 

    Place the document in the photocopy tray and hit start

 

      This document will be waiting in your “In Box”

 

      Please remember that scanning document can not be altered they will only be in a “read only”  format
