• Use your id to start the photocopier (which is your employee number i.e. 76)
• Select “Scan and Send” at the top of the menu
• Select “Address Book” and then press email address. Select your email address from the list.
• Select “File Format” and select PDF (document) or jpeg (photo) then ok
•Place the document in the photocopy tray and hit start
• This document will be waiting in your “In Box”
• Please remember that scanning document can not be altered they will only be in a “read only” format
