Seawinds Weekly Attendance Procedure - Seawinds Supported Employees
Complete Wednesday when all staff arrive or Thursday morning at the latest.
•Click on “Weekly Attendance” folder on the desktop (SWF-02)
•Open 2019- folder
•Select most recent date – usually previous week
•Change Week ending date to Wednesday’s date
•Click File
•Select Save as
•Change date to Wednesday’s date
•Click save
•Enter hours worked or
annual/personal leave for each supported employee
They are not paid
for 45-minute lunch, but they are paid .25hrs for morning tea
Most shifts =
5.25hrs
Support worker shift =
6.25hrs
Work experience students get a flat rate for 2 hours worked
If
unsure about availability of annual leave/personal available, put a note in the
comment section
•Click save, then X out of document
•Open Outlook from desktop, click “Yes”
•Click top left-hand corner – New email
•Send to: finance@kyeema.com.au
•Subject - “Seawinds Roll”
•Click – Insert, Attach File – Recent items – Select Weekly attendance Word document
•Send
