• Tick off employee’s daily workshop attendance
• Use comment section to record absence, annual leave, leave w/o pay etc.
• Record Friday’s employee attendance
• Send to Finance Manager via e-mail Thursday morning by 09h30
• Changes in employee attendances on a Friday need to be documented the week next
• The Finance Manager will adjust employees pay accordingly the following week
