Manufacturing Industry Sector Minimum Wage Order – Victoria

Hours of Work

8:30am to 3:20pm Monday to Friday

Breaks

Morning Tea between

10:15am & 11:00am (20 mins)

 

Lunch between

12:30pm & 1:10pm

Salary

As per Award paid pro-rata

Terms and Conditions of Employment

      The minimum wage rates set in the industry sector ($ Current per hour) or pro-rata as assessed using the current Industrial Wage Assessment Tool.

      Four weeks paid annual leave per annum, which is cumulative and accrued on a pro-rata basis.

      Ten (10) days paid personal leave per annum, which is again cumulative and accrued on a prorate basis.

      An entitlement to a maximum of 12 months unpaid parental leave.

      An entitlement for employees to be given notice of termination or payment in lieu of that notice.
