Terms and Conditions of Employment
• The minimum wage rates set in the industry sector ($ Current per hour) or pro-rata as assessed using the current Industrial Wage Assessment Tool.
• Four weeks paid annual leave per annum, which is cumulative and accrued on a pro-rata basis.
• Ten (10) days paid personal leave per annum, which is again cumulative and accrued on a prorate basis.
• An entitlement to a maximum of 12 months unpaid parental leave.
• An entitlement for employees to be given notice of termination or payment in lieu of that notice.
