Kyeema has several offsite backups of the Kyeema computer systems which are performed by various staff members across the organisation.

All data on the K:\ Drive is backed up onto external hard drives each night by a designated administrative officer. These external hard drives are swapped out each night with one remaining offsite to prevent data loss in the event of a fire or other similar incident.
