Some administrative positions at Kyeema can be partly performed outside of the office.
The circumstances under which telecommuting takes place are by negotiation with the employee’s manager, with flexibility, productivity and connection with the workplace important objectives.
Kyeema assists telecommuting by providing a suitable device to work on and stationery as required but does not provide office furniture or pay for internet connection.
From a health and safety perspective, employees are advised to take care regarding the ergonomics of the work-station if they choose to work from home, to avoid posture-related strain or injury. If there is no appropriate office furniture in the home the employee is to speak to their manager about Kyeema lending suitable furniture.
