Evacuation packs should be checked at least quarterly to ensure they contain the necessary items to assist with a safe and organised evacuation.

 

The forms in use are to be kept in the evacuation packs.

 

A separate checklist is to be completed for each evacuation pack.

 

Record keeping

Completed checklists are stored digitally under:
K:\OH&S, Risk Registers, EPC & ESM\First Aid Kit Replacements\First Aid Checklists
