All users of equipment in the Woodbox facility first need training of the Safe Operational Procedures of all static machinery. Users of the Woodbox are responsible to maintaining the facility as a safe and workable environment. This includes:
• Reporting hazards and areas/equipment in need of maintenance
• Cleaning up after use
• Emptying dust extraction bags when they are full
• Keeping floors and walk ways clear of obstructions
• Locking up facility after use
Induction is the responsibility of the Windward Manager as the Woodbox Facility comes under the Windward Portfolio.

Equipment Procedure
All large scale static machinery and tools in the Woodbox facility have safe operating procedures that are to be followed when using the equipment. These are listed as follows:
