The procedures in this section detail how Kyeema Support Services Inc. complies with it’s legal and moral obligations under the Victorian State Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, Regulations and Codes of Practice.
The Chief Executive Officer is the employer nominated representatives for all OH&S issues within Kyeema. Program managers are responsible for OH&S issues within their sphere of responsibility.
